1. Agreement

By using MX Reception Services, provided by MX Digital LLC ("Company"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services

MX Reception Services provides AI-powered receptionist services including inbound call handling, appointment booking, SMS operator alerts, and customer confirmation messages for home service businesses.

3. SMS Messaging Terms

By engaging with our AI receptionist or signing up as a business client, you agree to receive SMS messages from MX Digital LLC. Specifically:

• Callers: You will receive a one-time appointment confirmation text after booking. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.
• Business operators: You will receive booking alert notifications as part of your service plan. You may opt out by contacting us at hello@mxreception.agency.

Message frequency varies based on call volume. Standard message and data rates may apply.

4. Payment and Cancellation

Services are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time with no penalty. No refunds are issued for partial months, except as covered under our 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

5. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If your AI receptionist does not answer calls professionally and book appointments within the first 30 days of service, we will refund your first month's payment upon request.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for unlawful purposes, to impersonate others, or to interfere with the operation of our systems.

7. Limitation of Liability

MX Digital LLC is not liable for missed bookings, lost revenue, or damages arising from service interruptions, call quality issues, or AI errors. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the current billing month.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
